When you apply to work with us, we collect only what you give us: your Discord username or email, the country you’re based in, and the links you share (portfolio and sample video). If you contact us as a brand or partner, we keep your contact details and correspondence. That’s it. We don’t collect anything behind your back.
One thing: to do what you asked us to do. Application info is used to review your work and reach back out to you. Partner info is used to run the partnership. We don’t use your information for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to why you gave it to us.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone, not ever. Your personal information is not a product.
Your information stays inside FirstCut Media, visible only to the small group of people who need it (like the recruiter reviewing your application). We only ever disclose personal information if the law requires us to.
Only as long as we need it. Applications we don’t move forward with are deleted on a rolling basis. If you want your information removed sooner, just ask and we’ll delete it.
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, no hoops. We’ll honor the request whatever country you’re in.
